POLICIES: Please read before purchasing.

By purchasing from Pastel Clouds, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our store policies.


Important

Products are sold to you on the understanding that they are unsuitable for children due to the choking hazard and potential sharp edges. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure an products purchased remain out of reach of children. The purchase of any product is at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage caused to any persons by the product.


Contact and privacy

Any information you supply us with will only ever be used for it’s intended purposes. Your information will never be passed on and will not be used for newsletters or promotional purposes, unless clearly stated. Please ensure you provide the correct email address, as this is wha we will use to contact you if there is a problem with your order. 


Payment

Currently, we are only able to accept debit or credit card payments. All payments are secured through payment processor, Stripe, and your card details are never passed on to us or anybody else. For details on Stripe’s security measures, you can visit www.stripe.com/help/security. Payments are in GBP (£). 

A maximum of one discount code per order many be used when available. 

Pastel Clouds reserves the right to cancel orders if necessary. A full refund will be given in these circumstances. 


Shipping 

We are very happy to ship our products worldwide. Shipping cost will vary depending on destination and can be calculated at checkout. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. 

Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail first class. This means your jewellery should arrive to you 1-2 working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase. 

International orders will be sent via Royal Mail international. International customers should expect to receive items within 1-2 days of dispatch. 

Please understand that these delivery times are only estimates. We are unable to give precise dates as delivery time is very much reliant on Royal Mail. Please allow good time for your package to get to you. Delivery services may take longer in peak times.

It is entirely your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping address. 


Import taxes 

Any import tax incurred is the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

You can get in contact via the contact tab or via email at hello@pastelclouds.co.uk. Please include your order details (order reference and name) as well as a clear photograph showing the damage. In these circumstances, we will offer repairs or replacements at no additional cost. 

If your jewellery breaks within 28 d ays of receiving it, please get in contact. We will be happy to arrange a repair, replacement or refund, dependent on the situation. Items that are damaged due to customer negligence will not be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement. Please be aware that although we note that some rings may be carefully stretched to adjust the size, this is at your own risk and we are not responsible for rings that have been snapped because of this. 

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund (with the exception of postage costs paid). Order cancellations and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the items. Please notify us via e-mail if you wish to return your goods. Returns should be sent to the address below:

Please include your order number and details and retain proof of postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel is returned to us safely and items are in the condition that you received them in. 

We will not refund postage costs incurred by the buyer when returning the items, with the exception of damaged and faulty goods. 

Custom orders are non-returnable, unless faulty. 

Please note that promotional, giveaway and ‘freebie’ items are not covered by this returns policy.
